We stand behind the quality of every magnet we create. If you're not happy with your order, we'll work with you to make it right.
Custom Products
Because all Mack Magnets products are custom-made with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we understand that sometimes things don't come out as expected.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Magnets received with print defects (blurry, incorrect colors, smudges)
- Damaged during shipping (cracked, chipped, broken)
- Wrong item received (incorrect photos or quantity)
- Significant quality issues that differ from the product description
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after order has been processed
- Low-resolution photos provided by the customer (we recommend 300+ DPI)
- Minor color variations between screen and print (this is normal)
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at anita@mackmagnets.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a photo showing the issue
- We'll respond within 24–48 hours with a resolution
Resolution Options
Depending on the issue, we may offer:
- Free replacement: We'll remake and reship your magnets at no cost
- Full refund: Credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Partial refund: For minor issues that don't warrant full replacement
Event Packages
Event package cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms. Please review your wholesale agreement or contact us for details.
