Processing Time

All Mack Magnets orders are custom-made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Custom or large orders may require additional processing time — we'll keep you updated via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): $4.99 — Estimated 5–7 business days
Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): $9.99 — Estimated 2–3 business days
Free Shipping: On all orders over $50 (Standard)

All shipping times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the USPS website.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale orders of 50+ units receive priority processing and may qualify for discounted or free shipping. Visit our wholesale page for details.

Event Orders

Event magnet packages are delivered in-person at your event location in the San Bernardino and Los Angeles County areas. Travel fees may apply for venues outside these counties. See our events page for pricing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.
