1. General

Mack Magnets is a custom photo magnet business operated from Rancho Cucamonga, California. These terms govern your use of our website and services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products & Orders

All products are custom-made using photos you provide
Prices are listed in USD and include applicable California sales tax where noted
We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our content policy
Product colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final print
Order processing takes 3–5 business days before shipping

3. Content You Submit

By submitting photos for custom magnets, you represent and warrant that:

You own the rights to the photos or have permission to use them
The photos do not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
The photos do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks

We reserve the right to refuse any order if the submitted content violates these terms.

4. Event Services

Event package pricing is based on the package tier selected
Event dates are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit
Cancellation policy: full refund if cancelled 7+ days before event; 25% fee if within 7 days
Travel fees apply outside San Bernardino and Los Angeles County
We arrive 30 minutes before event start time for setup

5. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale pricing applies to orders of 50+ units
Digital proofs are provided before production
Wholesale customers must approve proofs before production begins
Custom wholesale agreements may include additional terms

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, text, graphics, and branding on mackmagnets.com are the property of Mack Magnets and may not be reproduced without permission. Product photos created for you belong to you once delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mack Magnets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
